The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and use of natural dyes ensure that every item is a unique work of art. - Why might the color of the item I received look different from the pictures online?
Due to the use of natural dyes and traditional dyeing methods, slight color variations are normal and part of the beauty of handcrafted clothing. Additionally, colors may appear differently depending on the lighting in the photos and your device’s screen settings. These variations are not defects, but a reflection of the handmade process. - Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 2 days (48 hours) of placing it. After that time, we cannot accept cancellations or changes, as we begin processing your order right away to ensure timely delivery. - Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in color, stitching, or patterns are not considered defects and are non-returnable.
